  • Good Sport Pilates is an online movement studio offering Pilates, strength and mobility classes designed to support you in building strength, moving well, and feeling good in your body.

  • When you sign up, you’ll get access to a library of pre-recorded classes and programs. Your membership renews automatically based on the plan you choose (weekly, monthly, or annual) until you cancel.

  • We offer:

    • Weekly membership: $9.00 AUD

    • Monthly membership: $29.00 AUD

    • Annual membership: $260.00 AUD

  • Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date. If you cancel after this period, your membership will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • No. Memberships are for individual use only. Sharing login details is not permitted.

  • No. All content is for streaming only and cannot be downloaded, copied, or shared.

  • Most classes require minimal equipment. We’ll let you know in advance if anything specific is needed, but generally a mat and some space to move is enough.

  • Yes. We offer a range of classes suitable for different levels, including beginner-friendly options. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace and modify as needed.

  • While we are primarily based online, from time to time we offer in-person classes and workshops.

    In-person sessions can be booked through our website. Details including location will be provided before booking.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before a class may result in the loss of that session.

  • No late entry is permitted, as it can be disruptive and unsafe. Please arrive on time to get the most out of your session.

  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move in and anything specified in the class details. Please take care of the space and equipment during your session.

  • Yes. If you have any injuries, are pregnant, or have any medical conditions that may affect your participation, please let us know before your session.

  • No. Our classes are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult a qualified health professional if needed.
